Care of me as a person as a whole as well my 'toes'.
I was made to feel very relaxed and the consultant gave me great confidence and I knew I would receive good care.
During my operation I was awake and the nurse and consultant put me at my ease. The anesthetist was very good and all my care could not have been improved upon.
The only thing that could of been improved on was that my operation was cancelled twice, which was very hard for me as I had to come off.
Since coming here I have been treated very well.
All staff are brilliant that I have seen.
I was treated with utmost care and respect. The operation was conducted in a first class way and the aftercare could not be faulted.
I personally could not find any area which could be improved and the improvement in my condition is excellent.
Everything was very good.
Nothing to improve.
Flexibility about when to have the surgery - after some discussion.
Clean modern unit for actual surgery.
Plenty of information and support throughout the whole process from surgery on wards.
Took a long time to get a referral.
Friendly and polite staff.
Made me feel comfortable.
The surgery itself was very quick and painless.
The ladies at the front desk are specifically friendly and make you feel welcome, very caring.
I feel that the care and service given by Mr. Riley and his team could not be improved. You are made to feel that you are their most important patient and I feel that this is very important.
Their hand hygiene is second to none.
What a team!
